Two new events at the Victoria Hall, Fordham CB7 5LW

Wednesday 17th April

10am, An introduction to gentle Hatha yoga, with an emphasis on relaxation and de stress through asanas (postures) and breath control, taking focus to the 7 chakras for eternal health and well being.

All ages and abilities welcome. You will need to bring a mat or a towel. Please book from our 'Events' page.




Wednesday 17th April

8pm, an introduction to the wonderful Swing dance Lindy Hop. If you like to dance and you enjoy jazz music then this is for you!

A chance for you to learn a combination of moves in our introductory class suitable for beginners. Come along with or without a partner, just bring some comfortable shoes to dance in!
