Healing sounds

I will be trialing the soothing sounds of a Tibetan sound bowl in our yoga sessions over the next few weeks.

It is written that the deep vibrations have many therapeutic and physical benefits such as improving symptoms of anxiety, tension and depression.
It is also said the sounds can reduce cronic pain and symptoms of neurological disorders such as fibromyalgia and Parkinson's.
The sounds can also help us to relax and feel calm and a soothing preparation for mediation. Let's see how we feel.....
