Just a reminder that there won't be any classes this week.

Course and classes start back next week as normal at Station Road.

If you are booking as a pay as you go, please book or cancel your place at least 24 hours in advance.

Also, new workshops take place next week on Wednesday 17th at Victoria Hall Fordham. 10am an introduction to relaxing Hatha yoga

8pm an introduction to Swing Dance.
