As we all work on developing and lengthening our Dharana (focused concentration) and Dhyana (focussed Meditation), try looking deeply at a flower, look at the details, the centre pistil, the shape of the petal, maybe the scent of the flower, hold the vision for as long as you like then close your eyes.
